Before buying refurbished

✓Require at least a 90-day warranty (Orchard, GetCyber and carrier certified pre-owned programs offer one).
✓Check battery health: 80-85% minimum for comfortable daily use.
✓The device must be unlocked — verify the IMEI for free before buying (devicecheck.ca).
✓Prefer models with updates left: iPhone 13+, Pixel 8+, Galaxy S23+ are supported for years.
