Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal information (right to erasure, Quebec Law 25). Note: Compario does not create user accounts — the only personal data we hold is newsletter subscribers' email addresses.

Newsletter — instant unsubscribe

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email you received: your address is removed from future sends immediately. To erase your subscription history entirely, contact us (below).

Formal deletion request

• Email support@compario.ca from the address in question, with the subject "Data deletion".
• We confirm your identity via a verification email.
• Deletion within 30 days: email address, language and associated preferences, followed by written confirmation.

Data covered

• Deleted: subscriber email address, language, alert preferences.
• Retained: anonymized click statistics (no identifier — they cannot be traced back to you) and technical logs kept by our host Vercel, per its retention policy.
